Here, I help you explore strategies to find the best eating style for you as you need it today, AND help you explore your RELATIONSHIP with food because believe or not, your relationship with food can have a stronger impact on your body than the actual food you are consuming.
Yoga is more than just a physical practice, it is a way of life that introduces the art becoming human-BEINGS rather than human-DOINGS. It is through this state that we can access a level of joy and understanding that can feel impossible to achieve otherwise. Especially, so because we are so often on the go, go, go. In my class, you can expect to explore settling into this peaceful "being" space as we balance connection, engagement, release, and flow with a generous heaping of belly-laughs. Group and private sessions are available to all ages and abilities.
